The 19th Hole

This is a beautiful outdoor living space located on a golf course in Queensbury NY. The project was designed by Charles Sableski and constructed by Peak Environmental.

The features in the landscape include a covered porch, a large paver patio with a decorative border, gas-fired street lamps which are smartphone-controlled, a custom lighting system, a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and ice maker, granite seat wall, and a pondless water feature.

VIEW PROJECT

The Terrace & Roof Top at 385 Broadway

This green roof project, built in downtown Saratoga, was designed by Phinney Design Group and constructed by Peak Environmental. The rooftop and terrace gardens include over 7,000 sqft of green roof and 7,300 sqft of porcelain paving tiles.

Bonacio Steel provided the industrial pergolas that frame the rooftop. The design and the sheer volume of greenery surely make this building feel alive!
